Church of Santa Marta

The other church in our municipality is the Church of Santa Marta. It was built in 1964 by the parishioners themselves, a detail that makes it all the more appealing. It is a functional church, with a modern style that makes use of natural light and reflects the final stage of the Second Vatican Council.

Inside, you can find several works of art, such as the altarpiece depicting a passage from the Gospels, the iconography of Saint Martha, patron saint of the church, and various sculptures, including the Immaculate Conception and Christ of Hope.
